Hugh,

You better be careful, Water Rats might not like you using their slogan. (Of course they already stole it from the Wind in the Willows). Lookgin forward to Mids.

Hi All,

Considering all the Sturgeon Pointers who have won something and those that may be related to the big winner, I am expecting at least two tables from St.LSC.

Congratulations, all well deserved.

Cheers,
Gerry

Great posting, and great website! Who woulda thunk in our day that 5 GIRLS would be on university sailing teams (let alone 5 sailors) and that the SLSC would ever have any means of communicating other than jungle telegraph or messages delivered to mums 2 weeks late!! Amazing.

Who exactly is proofreading the SLSC website blurbs or blogs or whatevers. Campained?? (That`s what Greg Tawaststjerna – spelled correctly – did for the Canadian Olympic team). Is it supposed to be competed or campaigned? Issue number 2: Comradery?? That’s what the SLSC girls are supposed to have when they sail for their universities. I don’t think so. I believe camaraderie is what friends have when they are together. Comradery, if it is even a word, is for Marxists.
